Your Initial Consultation – Tailored to Your Journey

Before our first session, you’ll fill out a detailed questionnaire that will provide insights into your history, needs, concerns, and values. I understand that every individual’s story is unique, and I’m here to respect and honour yours.

During our first 60-minute session, we’ll have an open discussion about your health and well-being, focusing on the aspects of your recovery that matter most to you. Together, we’ll establish both immediate and long-term goals and create a personalised self-care plan that aligns with your needs.

By the end of our initial consultation, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what your body has been through, along with practical tips and tools you can start using immediately.

Ongoing Support – Helping You Reach Your Goals

In our 45-minute follow-up sessions, I will continue to provide you with the tools, insights, and support necessary to make steady progress towards your health and wellness goals. These sessions may include:

  • Techniques to improve the appearance and comfort of your scars, helping you feel more at ease in your skin.
  • Targeted exercises to relieve pain, enhance shoulder mobility, reduce chest tightness, and address “cording” caused by surgery or radiation therapy.
