Your Initial Consultation – Tailored to Your Needs

Before our first session, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire that will help me understand your history, needs, concerns, and values. I know that each person’s story is unique, and I’m here to honour that.

During our initial 60-minute session, we’ll have an open discussion about your health and well-being, focusing on the areas that are most important to you in your recovery. Together, we’ll set your immediate and long-term goals and develop a personalised self-care plan that aligns with your needs.

By the end of our first consultation, you’ll have a clearer understanding of what your body has experienced, along with practical tips and tools you can start using right away.

Ongoing Support – Helping You Reach Your Goals

In our 45-minute follow-up sessions, I will continue to provide you with the tools, insights, and support you need to make steady progress towards your health and wellness goals. These sessions may include:

  • Techniques to improve the look and feel of your scars, making you feel more comfortable in your own skin.
  • Targeted exercises to reduce pain, enhance shoulder mobility, relieve chest tightness, and address “cording” caused by surgery or radiation.
